DELIVERY TIME FRAME


We strive to ensure that your Scenterra purchase reaches you as swiftly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING


Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. We will carefully package your terracotta bottle to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

We partner with reliable and trusted shipping providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Our logistics partners are committed to handling your packages with care throughout the journey.

TRACK YOUR ORDER


To keep you informed, we provide tracking details with every shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click the link or visit the courier’s website to get real-time updates on your shipment status.

SHIPPING CHARGES


We offer free shipping on orders above a specified value, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will apply. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS


While we make every effort to deliver within the stipulated time frame, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or service disruptions by our courier partners. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work closely with our logistics partners to minimize any inconvenience.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


At Scenterra, quality is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS


If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been dispatched.

 

 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS


In the rare instance that an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. Once received, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
